Incoming Tropical Plants – Week 43 at The Green Spot
It’s another exciting week for tropical plant lovers at The Green Spot Home & Garden Center! This week’s arrivals include a lush mix of foliage favourites and elegant classics — perfect for brightening your home as the weather cools. Here’s what’s new in our greenhouse:
Saintpaulia ionantha (African Violet) – A timeless favorite, African Violets bring cheerful blooms and soft, velvety leaves indoors. They thrive in bright, indirect light and make a beautiful accent for windowsills and tabletops.
Epipremnum aureum 'Marble Queen' Pothos – With its creamy-white marbled leaves and trailing vines, this low-maintenance houseplant is perfect for hanging baskets or shelves. It’s known for purifying the air and thriving in low to bright light.
Sansevieria sp. (Assorted Snake Plants) – Known for their bold, upright leaves and nearly indestructible nature, these Sansevierias add striking vertical texture to any space. Excellent for beginners and air purification alike.
