A few details before you order

By placing a pre-order, you agree to accept delivery and take possession of your tree no later than December 2, 2026. We cannot hold pre-ordered trees or arrange deliveries beyond that date.

If you decline delivery because you feel it is too early or would prefer to receive your tree after December 2, your pre-order will be cancelled and refunded.

We look forward to helping you find your Christmas tree, but some things are outside our control. Pre-orders are subject to supplier availability. If your pre-ordered tree does not arrive due to a supplier issue, we will refund your pre-order.
