Preparation Instructions

All you need:

• Seasoning pouch
• 1 whole chicken
• 1 can beer
• 1 tbsp olive oil

All you do:

1. Combine 2 tbsp seasoning with oil and rub over and under the chicken skin.
2. Add the remaining seasoning to a half-full beer can and set chicken over the can in a suitable roaster.
3. Grill over indirect medium heat for approximately 1 1/2-2 hours until thoroughly cooked. Rest 10 minutes before carving.
