Ingredients

Wheat flour, Corn flour, Modified cornstarch, Salt, Egg yolk powder, Sugar, Baking powder, Guar gum, Sea salt, Spices (paprika,) Mustard powder, Canola oil. Contains: Wheat, Mustard Contains egg yolk powder.

Preparation Instructions

All you need:

• 3/4 cup fish fry mix
• 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp beer or water
• White fish fillets cut into fingers
• Vegetable oil for frying

All you do:

1. Whisk mix and beer or water into a batter, then coat the fish.
2. Fry in small batches in oil heated to 190 C, turning until golden and fully cooked. Drain and serve hot.
