Preparation Instructions

All you need:

• Half the seasoning pouch
• 4-6 medium potatoes
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 lemon

All you do:

1. Toss potato wedges with olive oil and half the seasoning pouch.
2. Arrange in one layer and bake at 230 C for 18-20 minutes per side until golden. Finish with lemon juice.
