Purpose:
We are seeking a Dishwasher to join our kitchen team for the season. This role is essential to keeping the kitchen running smoothly by ensuring all dishes, cookware, and utensils are cleaned and ready for service. If you’re a team player who takes pride in a clean and organized workspace, we’d love to have you on board!
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing station.
- Assist with basic kitchen cleaning tasks, including taking out trash, sweeping, and mopping.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Support kitchen staff with additional tasks as needed.
- Work quickly and efficiently during peak hours to keep up with demand.
- Any additional duties as they may arise
Qualifications & Skills
- WHIMIS Certificate
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Willingness to help with general cleaning duties as needed.
