Preparation Instructions

All you need:

• Billionaire Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix (included)
• 70 g (5 tbsp) unsalted butter, softened
• 1 large egg
• 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

All you do:

1. Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Add the cookie mix and stir until just combined — do not overmix.
4. Scoop 8 equal portions (about 2 tbsp each) and place on the prepared sheet, leaving space between cookies.
