For Arabian Horse Show Participants – Keystone Centre, Brandon | 2026

Transform your horse’s stall into a warm and inviting space during the 2026 Canadian National Arabian Horse Show at the Keystone Centre with The Green Spot’s event décor rental service. Designed for comfort, style, and zero fuss, this program helps exhibitors create a polished “home-away-from-home” setup using live plants, patio furnishings, and elegant outdoor accents.

Materials can be ordered and paid for through this portal; however, a signed rental agreement is required before any materials can be released. Please complete the rental agreement (linked above) and either e-mail a signed copy to [email protected], or provide a signed copy to The Green Spot team members upon delivery. Refusal to provide a signed agreement will result in the material being returned to The Green Spot, and a refund being issued for the rented material, less a 25% restocking fee.

Conditions of Agreement

• Rental period is a maximum of 10 days for each rental charge.
• Rental charges must be paid in full at time of material pick-up/delivery.
• The renter is required to provide watering and care to rented live plants on a regular basis.
• Product not returned, or damaged, will be charged to the credit card on file at full retail value.
• Price tags may not be removed from rented products.
• Renters are welcome to purchase the product at current retail value.
• Rented materials will not be released without a filled out and signed rental agreement. A signed copy of this agreement can be e-mailed to [email protected], or a physical copy can be provided to The Green Spot at the time of pick-up/delivery.
