How to Grow Microgreens:
- Fill a clean, shallow growing tray with a fine, moist seed-starting mix or suitable microgreen growing medium.
- Scatter seeds evenly and fairly densely across the surface, then gently press them into the growing medium.
- Keep the seeds consistently moist while they germinate, using gentle watering or misting to avoid disturbing them.
- Once seedlings emerge, provide plenty of bright light to encourage sturdy, healthy growth.
- Water as needed to keep the growing medium moist but not saturated, with bottom watering preferred once seedlings are established.
