Suggested Uses:
Start seeds indoors in late spring for transplanting once temperatures are consistently warm, or direct sow in early summer after the soil has warmed. Sow approximately 1 cm deep and provide plenty of warmth and bright light. Once plants reach about 15 cm tall, pinch the growing tips to encourage bushier growth. Harvest young shoots regularly and remove developing flower buds to extend leaf production. Use fresh in soups, curries, stir-fries, noodle dishes, and other Southeast Asian recipes.
