Suggested Uses:
Start seeds indoors ahead of the last spring frost to give plants the long growing season they require, then transplant outdoors once conditions are warm and frost risk has passed. Grow in a sunny location and allow the plants to mature fully. Once the seed heads have dried, collect the seeds and use them whole, toasted, or ground. Homegrown cumin is excellent in curries, chili, tacos, marinades, roasted vegetables, and homemade spice blends.
