West Coast Seeds - Bouquet Dill Seeds
Bouquet Dill is a classic, highly aromatic variety prized for its feathery green foliage, large flower heads, and flavourful seeds. An essential herb for homemade pickles, dill is equally delicious with potatoes, fish, eggs, salads, sauces, and dips. Fast growing and easy to cultivate, Bouquet Dill also produces attractive yellow flower umbels that draw beneficial insects and pollinators into the garden.

Suggested Uses:
Direct sow outdoors once the soil can be worked in spring. Dill develops a taproot and generally performs best when sown directly rather than transplanted. Sow additional batches every few weeks for a continuous supply of fresh foliage. Harvest young leaves as needed for cooking, use the flower heads for homemade pickles, or allow the seed heads to mature and dry for harvesting dill seed.
