How to Grow Sprouts:

  • Place the desired amount of mung beans in a clean sprouting jar, leaving plenty of room for the sprouts to expand.
  • Cover the seeds generously with clean water and soak for approximately 8–12 hours.
  • Drain the soaking water completely, then rinse the seeds thoroughly with fresh water.
  • Continue rinsing the developing sprouts approximately 2–3 times per day, draining thoroughly after every rinse.
  • Keep the sprouting container at room temperature and away from intense direct sunlight while the sprouts develop.
  • Once the sprouts have reached the desired size, give them a final thorough rinse and drain well.
  • Refrigerate harvested sprouts promptly and enjoy them while fresh.
