  • Variety: Pac Choi microgreens
  • Special Characteristics: Fast-growing, tender greens with a mild flavour and crisp texture

How to Grow Microgreens:

  • Fill a clean, shallow growing tray with a fine, moist seed-starting mix or suitable microgreen growing medium.
  • Scatter seeds evenly and densely across the surface, then gently press them into the growing medium.
  • Keep the seeds consistently moist during germination, using gentle watering or misting to avoid disturbing them.
  • Once seedlings emerge, provide plenty of bright light to encourage sturdy, healthy growth.
  • Water as needed to keep the growing medium moist but not saturated, with bottom watering preferred once seedlings are established.
  • Harvest with clean scissors just above the growing medium once the microgreens have reached the desired size.
  • Rinse if desired, dry thoroughly, and enjoy fresh for the best flavour and texture.

Suggested Uses:
Add freshly harvested Pac Choi microgreens to salads, sandwiches, wraps, noodle bowls, grain bowls, soups, and appetizers, or use them as a fresh garnish for finished dishes. They can also be added to stir-fries just before serving to preserve their tender texture and fresh flavour.

Seed packet includes growing instructions. Germination and harvest times may vary based on temperature, light, moisture, and other growing conditions.
