West Coast Seeds - Starlett Parsley Seeds

Starlett is a moss-curled parsley variety with strongly curled, dense green leaves and an exceptionally uniform appearance. More robust and uniform than standard Forest Green parsley, this productive variety combines attractive foliage with the fresh flavour that makes parsley indispensable in the kitchen. Its compact, heavily curled leaves are excellent for garnishes as well as soups, salads, sauces, potatoes, vegetables, and fresh herb blends.

Why you’ll love it:

  • Strongly curled, dense moss-green foliage
  • More robust and uniform than standard Forest Green parsley
  • Fresh parsley flavour for a wide variety of dishes
  • Excellent for garnishes, salads, soups, sauces, and vegetables
  • Leaves can be harvested repeatedly throughout the growing season
  • Attractive, compact foliage is well suited to containers and garden beds

Suggested Uses:
Start seeds indoors before the last spring frost or direct sow outdoors once the soil can be worked. Parsley can germinate slowly, so keep the seedbed consistently moist while seedlings emerge. Harvest mature outer stems near the base while leaving the centre of the plant to continue producing fresh growth. Use Starlett fresh in salads, soups, sauces, potatoes, vegetables, herb blends, and garnishes, or preserve the leaves for later use.
