Ingredients

Dehydrated vegetables (onion, green onion, leek, garlic, tomato, red bell pepper, jalapeño pepper), Spices (paprika), Modified milk ingredients, Cheese flavour (maltodextrin, whey solids, parmesan cheese flavour, salt), Yeast extract, Corn starch.

Preparation Instructions

All you need:

  • Contents of Jalapeño Popper Dip Mix pouch
  • 375 g (12 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 125 mL (½ cup) real mayonnaise
  • 125 mL (½ cup) freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 125 mL (½ cup) freshly grated Cheddar cheese

All you do:

  1. Combine softened cream cheese with the dip mix until smooth.
  2. Add mayonnaise and half of the Parmesan and Cheddar; mix well.
  3. Transfer mixture to an oven-safe baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan and Cheddar on top (optional: add breadcrumbs for extra crunch).
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 °C (375 °F) for 15–20 minutes, until the top is melted and bubbling.

Serving Suggestions

  • Serve hot with sliced French bread, tortilla chips, or pita wedges.
  • Delicious as a party dip or paired with an ice-cold beer.
