Unbleached flour made of hard red spring wheat from Quebec (niacin, reduced iron, thiamin, riboflavin, folate), sugar, sodium bicarbonate, cinnamon, salt.

Preparation Instructions
All you need:
- Carroty Cake Mix (included)
- 2 large eggs
- 125 mL (½ cup) vegetable oil
- 130 g (approx. 3 medium) carrots, peeled and finely grated
- ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
All you do:
- Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Grease or line two loaf pans or two 8–9″ round pans.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, oil, and vanilla together until smooth.
- Add grated carrots and mix to combine.
- Fold in Carroty Cake Mix until just combined; do not overmix.
- Divide batter evenly between pans and bake 25–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
- Cool on a rack before frosting or storing.
Optional Frosting – Cream Cheese Icing
- 125 g (½ cup) cream cheese, softened
- 60 g (¼ cup) unsalted butter, softened
- 250 g (2 cups) icing sugar, sifted
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
