Dried apples (sulfites), Turbinado sugar (sugar, molasses), Sea salt, Organic rice hulls.

Preparation Instructions

All you need:

  • Apple & Salted Caramel Brie Toppings (included)
  • 20 mL (4 tsp) orange juice or liqueur
  • 225 g (8 oz) small round Brie or Camembert
  • 1 French baguette, sliced thinly

All you do:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
  2. Score or remove the top rind of the cheese, leaving the sides and bottom intact.
  3. Place cheese cut side up in a Brie baker or oven-safe skillet.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the contents of the topping pouch with orange juice or liqueur and microwave for 45–60 seconds.
  5. Spread the prepared topping over the cheese.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes, until warm and bubbling.
  7. Remove from oven and serve immediately with baguette slices.
