All you need:
- Apple & Salted Caramel Brie Toppings (included)
- 20 mL (4 tsp) orange juice or liqueur
- 225 g (8 oz) small round Brie or Camembert
- 1 French baguette, sliced thinly
All you do:
- Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
- Score or remove the top rind of the cheese, leaving the sides and bottom intact.
- Place cheese cut side up in a Brie baker or oven-safe skillet.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the contents of the topping pouch with orange juice or liqueur and microwave for 45–60 seconds.
- Spread the prepared topping over the cheese.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, until warm and bubbling.
- Remove from oven and serve immediately with baguette slices.
