Ingredients

Unbleached flour (niacin, reduced iron, thiamin, riboflavin, folate), sugar, baking powder (sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), sodium bicarbonate, salt.

Preparation Instructions

All you need:

  • Focaccia-Style Flatbread Mix (included)
  • Unsalted butter *or vegan alternative
  • Buttermilk *or plant-based alternative
  • Olive oil
  • Optional toppings: herbs, sea salt, sundried tomatoes, or caramelized onions

All you do:

  1. Preheat oven to 200 °C (400 °F). Lightly grease or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine melted butter, buttermilk, and the mix until a soft dough forms. Do not overmix.
  3. Press dough gently onto the prepared sheet to about ½-inch thickness.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with desired toppings.
  5. Bake 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and fragrant. Cool slightly before slicing and serving warm.

Serving Suggestions

  • Serve warm with olive oil and balsamic for dipping.
